2. Data Processing Overview

Craviq is a mobile app for couples. Protecting your personal data is our top priority. The app was developed according to the principle of Data Minimization:

By default, player profiles, settings, and game progress are stored locally on your device.
Cloud Sync is optional: You can choose to use the app entirely offline.
We use state-of-the-art encryption for all data storage and transmission.

3. Local Data Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device and is only transmitted if you enable Cloud Sync:

Player names and profiles
Clothing configurations
Game settings and progress
Available toys and boundaries

Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (Performance of a contract). Data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Optional Cloud Synchronization (Firebase)

If you create a Cloud Profile, your data is synchronized via Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited). This allows you to use Craviq on multiple devices.

Scope: Profiles, settings, and unlocked content.
Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and during transmission (TLS/SSL).
Deletion: You can request the deletion of your cloud account and all associated data at any time via the app's settings.

Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR (Consent).

5. AI-Powered Cards (Google Gemini)

Craviq uses Google Gemini AI to generate personalized game cards. When using this feature, anonymized fragments of your preferences (e.g., mood, available toys) are sent to the AI interface.

No identifying information (like names or email addresses) is ever shared with the AI models.

6. Subscription Management (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscriptions and premium content.

Processed Data: An anonymous App User ID, purchase history, and subscription status.
Payment processing itself is handled securely by certified payment service providers.

7. App Analytics & Performance

We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve app stability and user experience. This data is processed anonymously.
